Following our own path through and finding the joy in that. How we worked our way through design school, jobs, colleagues, bosses and managers, friends and even family. Looking to be taken seriously, for respect, the opportunity and the space that others were and are given because we have what the majority of individuals in creative industries don’t have - a darker shade of pale. That moment of tearing through your first box of Laurentian pencil crayons and daring to be great. Through it all, continuing to find the joy and purpose as creatives.
