Being asked about funding & sponsorship feels invariably odd....
In surprising news, I’m being asked about funding, sponsorship opportunities and how folks can contribute. Truthfully, I wasn’t even going to look at that until late Fall or even Winter. The amount of research to be done, conversations to be spoken and writing to be had — ensuring these stories are told correctly — is high as I am tall. The unexpected response from those who want to share their stories, I may have more B-roll than I know what to do with! Actually, that’s not true, I already know where all the B-roll will be posted.
Things being what they are, an account has been set up at VanCity Credit Union. Funds can be sent via e-transfer to allcolouris@gmail.com. In addition, for any corporate sponsorship or funding, wire-transfer information will be provided, be it U.S. or Canadian contributions. At the conclusion of the project, a financial report will be had to see where all the pennies were spent. Limited Edition Book
For the first 250 individuals that contribute $1000 or more towards the film, they will receive 1 of 250 limited edition books of All Colour Is. A companion to the film which will include historical references, stories and reflections, and an homage to those in the creative community — past & present — who have changed and contributed to the landscape of their chosen field.
